Kehan Horn is the eldest son of Moff Jihlarra Horn. He followed in his mother's footsteps in the Diplomatic Corp. She arranged for her son to have a good posting working for a Health and Humanitarian Committee. Of course, if they were not kept on a tight lease by the Sith, they might be able to do more, but it looks very good on a resume. Though seriously, Kehan's work has not gone unnoticed and many Corellians have come to look at Kehan as a great humanitarian and a politician that can be trusted and admired.
The fact that the man has a beautiful wife and two darling children and seem to be the very picture of a happy Corellian family does nothing to hurt that image either. Jihlarra has every intention of seeing her eldest son in a position of power that will one day lead him to a position on the Moff's Council.
