Rella Chalco comes from a Imperial family line that has served the Fel family since the first Emperor Fel. Rella and her older sister Cenah are part of a special unit of the Imperial Knights, who, while still loyal to the Emperor, are under the command of Princess Marasiah.
Rella is a bit more brash than her sister and has a tendency of not always thinking things completely through. It has gotten her into trouble in the past, but most of the time her instincts have served her well. She has a knack for doing the unexpected, and because of this, Rella is sometimes sent on difficult and dangerous missions.
She grew up running around the streets of Coruscant and of all the Imperial Knights, she has made the most trips into the heart of the Sith. Like the rest of her unit, Rella has a diversivide set of skills. Though without question, for a young woman, she has an amazing amount of potential to become one of the finest weapon masters of the Imperial Knights, having mastered on her own one of the ancient lightsaber style forms.
In truth, Rella is quite happy to be part of Marasiah’s unit, as she has begun to worry about the intregity of Emperor Fel, fearing that he is allowing his emotions to fester and turn into hatred. She knows that like the Jedi, the Imperial Knights must maintain a modicum of detachment from their emotions lest they fall to the dark side and become the things that they are sworn to destroy. The Emperor is no exception to this, if anything she feels that he must be held to an even higher standard. She has not really shared her concerns with anyone other than Cenah, and even then, she did not go into the depths of her concerns.
