As it is with many of her race, Tanrissa is very aggressive. It is one of the many reasons that she excelled in the military. She is the commander of the 318th, not because she has connections to get her the posting, or because she has the ability to smooze, or because she is some tactical genius. Tanrissa worked her way up the ranks by not dying like her superior officers. The 318th Stormtrooper Unit is also known as the War Dogs, as in let slip the dogs of war.
Under her command the 318th has gained a reputation for going in hot and walking out of the smoke left behind. The Unit has gained an aura of fear and menace, that has given even the Sith some pause or admiration. There are even rumors that the Sith have whispered about a special placement for Tanrissa on Coruscant, serving the Sith in a more direct manner.
