Son of Moff Jihlara Horn, Vaughn serves on Corellia, but is often travelling as necessary. He acts as a trusted courier for Moff Nyna Calixte. He has never given anyone any reason to question his loyalty. In fact, the young man has become almost a poster boy for the Corellian support of the Empire. He has on several occassions headed up press conferences when dealing with the Corellian people.
While his father might not have inherited the respect of the family's name, Vaughn certainly has and has shown an astounding ability to wield it and its heritage to the benefit of him and his family. It is no surprise that his engagement to one of the members of the Solo family, making him practically Corellian royalty.
